Community All Year

Social service needs in Pájaro are enormous and Casa de la Cultura provides services our residents need year round.

Christmas is a difficult time for many families because cold and rain mean little work and little income. Casa de la Cultura provides Christmas and Three Kings Day celebrations and gifts for the hundreds of kids in the neighborhood.

Assistance may be more immediate in the form of emergency food assistance or warm clothing, especially needed during winter months. Emergency rent assistance is provided as funds permit.

We could not perform our services without the help of our volunteers.
